Return Policy

We are happy to offer a return if you change your mind returns or exchanges, but also reserve the right to decline a return if the requirements are not satisfied within our policies below.

• Return the items within 7 days of purchase
• Present an Original Receipt or Proof of Purchase
• Items must be returned in a resalable condition. The items must be unused & within the original packaging with all accessories & manuals included.
• Cancelling orders that have been shipped must be posted back to us, at the expense of the customer.
• Please note that the customer will be responsible for the product until it is received by us. Products that have been seriously damanged cannot be refunded. Postage costs will not be refunded.
• If the items are an “Clearance items” and “Sale items”, then a refund or exchange will not be accepted

Approved refunds can only be processed on the same payment method originally used to make the purchase, which normally takes around 2-5 business days.
